We only collect the data you voluntarily provide and the data strictly necessary to operate the site:
- Contact data you enter in the form: name, email, phone and the message or description of the service you request.
- Browsing data generated automatically: approximate IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and aggregate usage statistics, collected via analytics tools.
We do not deliberately collect sensitive data. If you need to send us documents containing personal data for a service, we receive them through private channels (WhatsApp or email), never through third-party forms.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- To respond to your quote, information or contact requests.
- To provide and manage the translation, interpreting and other services you hire.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

- Strictly necessary: enable the site to function securely (for example, technical cookies from our network provider Cloudflare). No consent required.
- Functional: remember preferences, such as dismissing the language notice. Stored locally in your browser.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. These cookies help us improve our content.
- Embedded content: videos are shown via YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies until you play the video.

7. Processors, third parties and international transfers
To operate the site we rely on providers that may process data as processors: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (Analytics), YouTube (video) and Web3Forms (delivering the contact form to our email). Some of these providers are located outside Colombia, so using the site involves an international data transfer, carried out under adequate protection standards. Corporate email is managed with Microsoft 365.
8. Information security
We adopt reasonable technical, human and administrative measures to protect personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized access or use. The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
9. Term and changes
This policy is effective as of its publication date and may be updated. Any material change will be communicated through this same means. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
